Why Philippines - Why Japan - Why Micronesia
Why Philippines?   Philippines is a predominantly Catholic nation.  It is far away from God.  However, the public schools are open for any moral, faith and values teaching curriculum.  The Youth Project partners with local churches and presents a 20 minute reportoire filled with songs, dances, testimonies and plays to the school. It is followed by a meet and greet and a gift giving of school supplies.  Last year 2018, the Youth Project went around the three regions of the Philippines vising 32 public schools and reaching to over 10,000 students for the Lord.

Why Japan?   There are less than 1% Christian in Japan.   The people in Summer Olympics 2020 are more than Japanese but all over the world.  The Youth Project and its partnering mission organization can reach different kinds of people and fulfill the very mandate of Jesus in Matthew 28:19, "Go ye into all the world and make disciples of all nations...".   The Youth Project will not only partner with local churches but also with denominational organizations.   The Mission will involve creating a festival atmosphere at the village through facepainting, animal balloons, juggling, singing, dancing, helping organizations, Flash Mob, and partnering with local churches.

Why Micronesia?  Despite the common knowledge, while Chuukese people are well exposed to Christianity, many are just conforming to it culturally.  Because of this, many still need to know Jesus in a very "personal" and "intimate" way.   The mission trip here entails dental work, assisting dentists, engaging with Chuuk culture and sharing Jesus.
