MAXIMIZE PARTNERSHIP

Feb 18, Sunday, 3:43pm.  Arrival of PCC Team

Goal:   To welcome the PCC Team.  

▢ Assign from three churches a welcome group to PCC

▢ Bring Leis

▢ Bring 12 Pillows and Blankets (to be returned on 2/21)

Feb 21, Wednesday, 6:30pm - Visitation Ministry

Goal:  To visit and invite prospective guests to church services, youth night and/or block party

▢ Training: How to pray; how to share Jesus; how to connect people to church

▢ Meet at WCCC for snacks, coffee, training, prayer, instruction and visitation

▢ Churches provide 3 families to visit

▢ Churches appoint 2 volunteers to join the visitation team/s

▢ Resource: Flyers of the church, youth night and block party

▢ Resource: Gospel Tracts

▢ Plan to share report during the worship service by the teams

Feb 23, Friday, 6:00pm - Youth Night

Goal: To engage with the youth, encourage and connect them to the local churches

▢ Meet at Kipapa Mililani Park, Volleyball Courts

▢ Invite as many youth to join

▢ Vball Hardwares

Feb 24, Saturday, 10am - 2pm - Block Party

Goal:  To connect the community to the local churches

▢ 2/4, Print Flyers for the block party

▢ 2/10, Put up a banner sign by Feb 10

▢ Distribute the flyers around the community

 ▢ PSA: KNDI; Media Release to other publications

 ▢ House to house

▢ Reserve the Trailer from HPBC

▢ Pick up the trailer from HPBC

▢ Draw schematics for the layout of the party trailer; Assign people

 ▢ Registration Booth  (ticket, registration notebook, church flyer, map of event)

 ▢ Center Stage                   

 ▢ Medical Tent (First Aid K)

 ▢ Food Bank Tent               

 ▢ Hotdogs/Grill                   

 ▢ Shave Ice / Popcorn

▢  Police I.D. (also certificates of recognition to officers hours)
▢ Dental Giveaway (Luisa/Eleanor)

▢ Prayer / Evangelism Tent

▢ 8:30am Setup the hardwares from the trailer

▢ Secure prices for booth games

▢ Secure raffle prices (at least 4) for center stage

▢ 2:00pm Clean all hardwares

▢ Pack all hardwares

▢ Secure and lock trailer

▢ 2/25  Return the trailer to HPBC
